GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Dream Baseball Tours takes no responsibility for any acts or omissions of any supplier of goods and services such as hotels, motor coach, event tickets or other entity providing services to the customer. The customer hereby waives any claim for personal injury, including death, property damage, including loss of or damage to luggage or other personal property, or any other loss or claim, arising in whole or part by any act or omission of any entity, its agents, servants or employees, not solely, exclusively and directly under the control of Dream Baseball Tours.

2. The customer acknowledges that tour itineraries, accommodations, travel arrangements and other aspects of a tour must at times be modified or cancelled due to acts of God, unavailability of accommodations or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Dream Baseball Tours.

3. Prices reflected are per person, based upon the stated single, double, triple, or quadruple occupancy. Prices reflected at the time of booking are in effect at that time only and are subject to change without notice. Prices include hotel accommodations; pre-departure information; entrance fees on included tours, game tickets to listed games; listed excursions and sightseeing as noted in the itinerary; ground transportation during the tour; escorted tour host services of a Dream Baseball Tours guide. Prices do not include air transportation and related fees at the beginning and end of trip; activities noted as optional in the itinerary; gratuities for service not listed as part of the tour; passport and visa expenses; baggage/accident/cancellation insurance; personal expenses, such as laundry, telephone calls, meals and alcoholic beverages; and any other items not specifically noted as included in your travel package.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS:
Our trips will typically offer hotel accommodations at three star or better hotels. When necessary, hotels may be used that are less than this rating.

Extending Your Stay: If you wish to arrive earlier or stay later than our itinerary, we will help you obtain our lowest group rate. These room reservations must be booked through Dream Baseball Tours, are based upon availability, and will be added to your trip cost. Rates listed include hotel taxes.

TICKETS:
Dream Baseball Tours obtains the best available tickets to each game on our trips. Typically, seats are located on the lower level and or between the bases versus outfield seats pending availability. Lower level seats within the bases are most often season ticket holder seats. Your tour host will distribute all tickets prior to each game.

Dream Baseball Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Tickets are typically issued in pairs, odd numbers cannot be guaranteed. Sections, rows and seat numbers cannot be confirmed until day of event.

Rain Outs: If an event is rained out, cancelled or postponed beyond our control, ticket(s) will be applicable for the rescheduled dates. Dream Baseball Tours is not responsible for modifying travel arrangements. Dream Baseball Tours will provide refunds only to the extent that refunds are available.

TRANSPORTATION:
Your trip includes deluxe motor coach transportation to and from all events and hotels. Every motor coach is air-conditioned, has comfortable reclining seats, a restroom and a no smoking policy. On longer trips, we will make every effort to make frequent stops for everyone's comfort.

At times, Dream Baseball Tours may choose to use smaller motor coach transportation. This will be chosen by Dream Baseball Tours based on factors including length of trip, length of travel time, and number of customers on the trip. When a smaller motor coach is utilized, it will still have air conditioning, comfortable seats, and a no smoking policy.

Travel To and From Home: Airfare to the starting city and from the ending city is not included. If you would like assistance in booking travel to or from an airport and the host hotel please contact Dream Baseball Tours. A hotel shuttle, taxi, bus, or other means of transportation (Uber, Lyft, etc) may be booked when possible.

If you are driving to the host hotel, some hotels allow customers to leave their car at their property. Sometimes they will charge a fee. The customer is responsible for such parking fees.

Trips begin in the hotel lobby approximately 3-4 hours prior to game time on the first day. At times the trip will begin the day/night before the first game. A designated meeting point and time will be described in your final document packet.

If the last day of your trip has an afternoon game with no hotel stay that same night, Dream Baseball Tours will bring everyone to the airport for your flight home. If passengers are staying over for additional nights, you will be transferred to the hotel. All departing flights should be scheduled after 8:00 PM. If the last game is a night game, the trip ends when we arrive at the hotel after the game. We will provide available transfer options/costs to the airport on the last day.

Extra Innings: We will stay until the completion of all games with one exception. If the last game on your trip is a day game, we will depart the ballpark at a designated time to insure for a timely arrival at the airport for return flights home. If you are staying over additional days, you will have the option of being dropped off at our choice hotel or staying at the game. Your tour host will leave your bags with the front desk at the hotel and you will be responsible for your transfer to the hotel upon completion of the game.

For all programs that conclude at the hotel after the event or game, travel arrangements for the following departure day can be scheduled at your convenience and airport transfers will be each traveler's responsibility.

DEPOSIT AND BALANCE:
At time of booking a $200 per person deposit is required. Customer should pay remaining balance of booked trip prior to 60 days prior to departure. Customer authorizes the use of their credit card for the deposit/final payment. If final payment has not been made prior to 60 days before departure, the customer authorizes Dream Baseball Tours to charge credit card for the remaining balance. All prices reflected are per person. Prices are in US Dollars. Customer shall make all payments by credit card. In the event the payments automatically charged to the customer’s credit card are not received by Dream Baseball Tours within 15 days after becoming due, Dream Baseball Tours may suspend performance for all Services until payment has been made in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For customer cancellations more than 60 days before departure, Dream Baseball Tours will provide a full refund for any payments made, including the Deposit amount.

Customer cancellations between 45-59 days before the tour start date are eligible for a refund of their trip minus deposit. Deposit can be used towards a future trip within the current or next MLB Season only. Deposit amount can only be transferred to a new trip one time and cannot be refunded in the future.

For a cancellation inside 45 days before the tour start date, if a replacement is found on the Dream Baseball Tours’ wait list, Dream Baseball Tours may be able to provide a partial credit towards a future tour under these same conditions.

Cancellations for a trip requires written notice to be received at the Dream Baseball Tours office in Plainfield, IL prior to any date specified in the cancellation policy.
